Chef Christopher Pires is a retired classically trained Chef who still has a passion for cooking, baking and creating culinary delights.
Chef Chris instructed on the basics as well as the more challenging techniques of cooking. These services were offered at various venues including the Loblaw’s PC Cooking Schools “What’s for Dinner” and Adult Evening Classes, Longo’s The Loft and the LCBO among other places.
