Hi Chris: I could get used to this–a perfect dinner made by a professional cook in my kitchen and served to my husband and friends as we sipped wine on the deck. And I didn’t have to do the cleanup, either!
But best of all was the delicious meal. “That was the best dinner I’ve had in months,” said my friend, who’s no stranger to dining out. We loved the carmelized onion tarte; the beef tenderloin was perfectly cooked and the deeply flavoured pesto topping added a special zing; the mango dessert was superb, tasting like concentrated fruit.
I’m so glad I persevered and continued to bid on your dinner for four at Riverwood’s silent auction. Do it again next year!
