Thank you so much for making a special evening spectacular. When we decided to have a going away dinner for our friends who were moving to Mexico we knew we wanted a sit down dinner with 12 close friends. The problem for us was that the guests were all accomplished cooks so the food had to be great and we didn’t want to spend the entire time in the kitchen. You saved the day! Starting with the pork belly appetisers the food was fantastic. The rack of lamb and beef tenderloin was delicious and the generous portions allowed us all to enjoy a little of both. The meal ended with the best cheesecake I have ever had! Your advise on how to prepare the leftovers kept us enjoying dinner for the next few nights. It was a pleasure meeting you Chris. Your professionalism and warm personality added to the enjoyment of the evening. We know you will be very successful with your catering business.

This was a full menu with several Food Inspires Signature dishes – the award winning Asian Pork Belly, Herb Crusted Beef Tenderloin, and Crème Brulee Cheesecake. In addition, we also served Curried Mussel Shooters as the second hors d ‘oeuvres, Butternut Squash and Miso Soup as an appetizer, and along with the beef and lamb, Prosciutto wrapped Asparagus and Maple Bacon and Pea Risotto.
