I don’t know about you, but it seems like I just started doing these Chef’ing demos at Loblaw’s and I’m now considered a veteran. How fast the time has gone. Since I started with the PC Cooking Schools in June this year, I have completed almost 50 sessions as at the end of October. So many to thank for this.  A big thank you to all those wonderful people that keep asking their PC Cooking School Coordinators to bring me back to their locations.  Another big thank you to the Coordinators who have brought me into the “What’s for Dinner” program as well as those that helped me get my menus into the Adult Education evening programs starting January 2014. I’ll talk more about these as the days approach, but for now, it’s almost – dare I say it – Christmas. Lots of baking coming up over the next couple of weeks, so watch for some interesting recipes.
