I’ve known Chris for over a year now, having worked with him & sitting in on one of his classes. When it came time to plan a celebration for my in-laws’ 50th anniversary, I knew Chris was the chef to contact as he is a true gentleman & is ever accommodating. After a phone consultation, Chris came up with a menu that I knew was perfect for the occasion. My husband readily agreed & we managed to surprise his parents with a private dinner for a family of 9 in our home. We entertain often & I admit it was a little tough for me to relinquish control of the kitchen at first but Chris kindly reminded me that I was not to work. I quickly appreciated the fact that I could socialize with our guests, relax & trust Chris to carry off a lovely evening.
Not only is Chris thorough, organized & a talented chef but he is very kind & personable – guests love him. Everyone enjoyed each course as Chris explained what we were eating & how it was prepared. The kitchen was left clean, the dishes were loaded in the dishwasher & the left overs were put in containers in the fridge.
The family really enjoyed the evening & the guests of honour were particularly pleased. Sometimes experiences are the best & most memorable gifts. Thanks for helping to create this memory Chris.
