Chris Pires took care of the catering for an engagement party we recently hosted for my daughter and her fiancé and played a major role in making the evening a huge success!
From the beginning of the planning process Chris made excellent recommendations and along the way he was flexible and accommodating of any changes or requests we made. Chris also assisted with other details (rentals etc) which reduced our pre event stress considerably.
The day of the actual party Chris was a calm, competent presence in the background as he and sous chef Maria prepared all the food. Every thing on the menu was scrumptious but the chicken satay with peanut sauce and the avocado fries with sour cream, beet and cilantro dip were absolutely out of this world!
Chris also brought in excellent serving staff – capable, friendly and professional, the servers made certain all of our guests were tended to and tidied up steadily throughout the evening.
Finally, Chris they left the kitchen in immaculate order and Chris even provided recipe suggestions for using up any leftovers. ( although the food was so good there weren’t many!)
My husband and I would recommend Chris without even the slightest hesitation to anyone hosting an important event. Chris is professional, warm, funny and most of all, he’s an awesome chef! Chris loves what he’s doing and it really shows.
