Chris was the personal Chef for my annual ladies dinner party. He started by helping me select a great menu that took into account the special dietary needs of my guests. Chris took special care in all the details of the evening, by starting out with a surprise hors d ‘oeuvres – an amuse bouche, created with my guests and myself in mind. This was followed by the appetizer and a pallet cleanser before heading into the main course. Beautiful presentation of the food, quality and of course the taste… everything was mouthwatering and delicious. The Crème Brulee cheesecake was absolutely amazing, my husband said it was the best cheesecake he’s ever had!
This was by far the easiest and best dinner party I hosted and will definitely be calling Chris again when the need arises. Thank you Chris!
