A few weeks ago we were celebrating my husbands 60th birthday. We had the pleasure and privilege of having Chris come to our home to prepare dinner. There were ten of us in total with different food tastes. Chris was kind enough to accommodate us with two different meals. Guests had the option of either beef or chicken. Both were delicious. The appetizers were also a special treat and dessert, well enough could not be said about the cheesecake. Compliments to the chef were flowing that night and even the days following. Having a clean kitchen after dinner was an added bonus and made clean up the following day a breeze. I could learn much from Chris. I would highly recommend him if you are looking to have an event catered. He is truly a pleasure to work with.
