Chris proposed and created the menu for our dinner for 6. The food was exceptional in every way, delicious, well presented and served in a very efficient way. Our guests raved about the Butternut Squash Soup with Maple Sour Cream.  The Beef Tenderloin in Brie and Wild Mushroom Sauce along with Garlic Mashed Potatoes and Roasted Carrots was exceptional and to top it all was the Mango Jalapeno Cheesecake.

What a wonderful evening. It was an evening we will always remember.
