I just wanted to take a minute to tell you how great everything was for the party. The food was simply delicious – folks were raving about the Beef Spoons, Chicken Skewers, Curried Maple Butternut Squash Soup, Beef Tenderloin and not forgetting the delicious Taiwan Rice and awesome Birthday Cake. There was so much food remaining that we had a full meal the next day. Your prompt response and assistance in planning the food pairing was spot on. Presentation and quality was flawless and so were your gracious assistants who assisted in serving and clean up. Thank you all for helping make the event successful.
