Well, it looks like another year is coming to an end! Christmas is almost here. If you have planned on being with family and friends hopefully the snowy weather hasn’t stopped you. If it has, think back on the last few Christmas days we had – or didn’t have. You got this!! I hope you were baking along with me or at least get a chance to add some of these to your repertoire!

I miss our classes at Real Canadian Superstore at Dufferin and Steeles. You were one of my favourite chefs. Occasionally, I do go to my cooking school binders full of recipes and will get busy in the kitchen. I have a separate binder with your recipes.
